My therapy journey began when I was burned out and unsure if I even had the right to ask for help. I remember what it was like to finally sit across from a therapist, equal parts terrified and relieved, and begin the process of healing. I am committed to creating a therapeutic space that honors the full complexity of who you are, your culture, your identities, your history, and your story. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, family conflict, burnout, or the weight of intersectional oppression, I offer a space grounded in empathy, authenticity, and cultural responsiveness.
My approach is collaborative and relational. I believe healing happens not just through expertise, but through human connection. I aim to connect with you as a person first, while bringing an intersectional lens to the therapeutic process. I want to be the kind of therapist I needed: someone who listens without judgment and speaks with compassion.
Therapy should be an option for everyone, especially those who have been made to feel like it isn’t. If you’re scared, you’re not alone. Let’s do it scared, together.
