DBT Skills Group in Milton, Georgia
Join our Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills group and build the tools you need to manage emotions, reduce stress, and increase distress tolerance.
Group Focus:
In a safe and supportive environment, you’ll learn practical strategies to navigate challenges, improve emotional regulation, and prevent unwanted behaviors in both your personal and professional life. Take the first step toward greater emotional balance and resilience today!
Participants: This group welcomes individuals aged 21+ of any gender preference with mood disorders, anxiety, and challenges in social or interpersonal skills. Participants will be screened using the PHQ-9 assessment and may have moderate to severe depression; however, those with a score of 3 or higher for suicidal ideation will not be eligible. Individuals experiencing active psychosis will also be excluded.
Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted in Georgia
When: In-person on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m., starting April 16, 2025 and lasting eight weeks
