You can access your electronic billing statements through the patient portal.

Log into the patient portal using your previously configured username and password.

Once logged in, click the Bills icon to access the online bill pay section.

The screen will default to the Pay My Bill option below the patient balance information.

Your billing statements will be populated.

The current billing statement can be opened by clicking View Statement.

Past billing statements are also available by clicking View Past Statements.

When you select a statement, a PDF of the billing statement will open.

The top section shows the statement date, payment due, and account number.

The middle section displays patient and provider details along with billed line items.

This includes the insurance balance and patient balance for each charge.

It also reflects payments made since the last statement, including patient and insurance payments.

You will see a breakdown of insurance and family balances, plus the age of outstanding charges.

When a new statement is generated, you will receive an email or text message with a payment link.

This payment link does not require logging into the portal.

You can optionally make a payment directly from the link.
