DeLynn Dellarosa, MA, Professional Counselor Associate,
About DeLynn Dellarosa (She/Her)
DeLynn Dellarosa-Bady helps adults heal from trauma, navigate relationship challenges, and reconnect with their sense of self. She specializes in helping adults heal from interpersonal trauma, including domestic violence, sexual assault, complex trauma, and unhealthy relationship patterns, as well as ADHD and anxiety.
Through a person-centered, relational, and trauma-informed approach, DeLynn provides a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build self-awareness, and work toward meaningful change. She believes therapy is most effective when it honors each person’s unique story, strengths, and goals.
Many of the clients DeLynn works with struggle with self-worth, people-pleasing, rejection sensitivity, emotional overwhelm, boundary-setting, or difficulty trusting themselves and others. She is passionate about helping clients heal from painful experiences, navigate unhealthy relationship patterns, including challenges involving adult children and family relationships, and build healthier connections with themselves and others.
Since beginning her clinical work in 2021, DeLynn has remained dedicated to supporting individuals healing from trauma and relationship wounds with compassion, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard.
Outside of therapy, DeLynn enjoys cooking, baking, gardening, and spending meaningful time with her husband and three adult children when their schedules align. She believes that connection, balance, and self-care are important parts of overall well-being.
DeLynn Dellarosa provides services with supervision.
