David Bourdon

Dave brings over two decades of experience in the healthcare and mental health industries to LifeStance. He joined the organization in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer.

Previously, he served as CFO of Magellan Health, a leader in behavioral health and pharmacy management. Prior to Magellan, he held multiple roles at Cigna, including CFO of Cigna’s U.S. and international healthcare business units. Dave started his career with the U.S. Coast Guard and brings a long track record of building strong relationships and effective, cohesive teams.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Coast Guard Academy and an MBA from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business.
