Using evidence-based interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT, Acceleration Resolution Therapy ART, Cognitive Processing Therapy CPT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ACT, Kim empowers her clients to develop practical tools for long-term emotional health. Her expertise extends to trauma recovery and substance use disorder counseling. Kim is also able to help families who wish to rebuild bridges strained by ideological differences. In addition to treating conditions like PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD and substance use disorders, Kim works with specialized populations, including first responders, military personnel and individuals in the LGBTQ community. Through her involvement in a faith-based organization, Kim helps train first responders in resilience strategies, aiming to reduce the incidences of PTSD and suicidality in these professions.

Kim provides a supportive and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their challenges, strengthen relationships and reclaim a sense of wellbeing. Outside of her clinical practice, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Charlie. Kim is passionate about helping to reduce family violence in our communities. Whether through her personal or professional efforts, Kim is deeply committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others.
