Lindsay Brooks, LPC, ABS, provides affirming, evidence-based therapy for teens, adults, and seniors across Pennsylvania through LifeStance Health. With a warm and collaborative approach, she supports individuals and couples navigating challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, and relationship concerns. Lindsay fosters a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe to explore emotions, improve communication, and develop healthier patterns in both personal and relational contexts. She offers individual and couples therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client. Lindsay is especially passionate about issues related to sexuality, reproductive health, and identity. As a certified sexologist with the American Board of Sexologists and a PhD candidate in human sexuality, she brings specialized knowledge to her work with clients experiencing postpartum depression and anxiety, gender identity concerns, and reproductive challenges. Whether guiding individuals through intimacy struggles, supporting gender-affirmative journeys, or helping partners reconnect, Lindsay integrates clinical expertise with deep empathy and respect for the full spectrum of human experience. Her practice is inclusive and trauma-informed, welcoming clients from LGBTQ+ communities and those with neurodivergent identities, including individuals on the autism spectrum. She offers an integrative blend of therapeutic modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Couples/Marital Counseling. Lindsay also conducts gender-affirmative medical readiness evaluations and supports clients navigating non-traditional relationship structures and sexual expressions. Outside of her clinical work, Lindsay is passionate about fitness, hiking, and spending quality time with her children. She enjoys board and video games, reading, traveling, and unwinding with a good movie.
