At LifeStance Health I lead an Analytics and Insights team focused on business intelligence and performance measurement, clinical quality and outcomes, and delivery of insights to inform strategic decisions. I also lead development of our Community of Analytics practice focused on data governance and adoption of best practices for analytics.

I have led teams of data science and business intelligence professionals in both startup and large enterprise environments, with exposure to both internal analytics and execution of external analytics partnerships. I have over 20 years of experience leading analytics projects in health technology and clinical research, with combined quantitative and clinical expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and behavior change.
