I have been a patience at LifeStance for about three years now and thus far the experience has been relatively positive. The only issue I have ran in to has been getting my medication when I run out. Previously I had an appointment scheduled a week after my medication ran out and the doctor knew this from the time they scheduled my appointment. I was out of my medication for a week and I was not able to change my appointment to a week earlier because the doctor was on vacation that week. I called the office and asked if I could get a week supply of medication and after some back and forth I was told no, that I would have to wait for my appointment. I did not appreciate that, at all. If it was not for this, I would give LifeStance 5 stars. The 4 stars come from the fact that the staff is always willing to try and do what they can to help me, rescheduling appointments or trying to schedule my appointment earlier so I do not have to wait excessive amounts of time to get medication that I need. Also working with me to make a payment plan so I am able to stay current with payments. My doctor takes time to ask me how I am doing during my telehealth visit and also ask if my medication is working and if I need an adjustment. My doctor does take time to ask for and receive my yearly physical information from PCP and takes that into consideration when prescribing me medication.

I'm not very good at follow through for my own needs... I lost contact with my original psychiatrist because of insurance change over from work. But LifeStance helped get me back on track with with her a soon as she had an opening! I had initially said I'd find someone else, then like I said I didn't follow through, so when they called and let me know she had openings I got back on her schedule. They really help if you're in a hard place and tend to put your needs on the back burner.

At first they called and canceled my appointment that was in April because she said they didn’t accept my insurance. They called back two days later to apologize. And they also found an opening the next day. I’m very pleased. They could’ve just let this go. And they took responsibility for it and took care of it for me. The best part about this. I came down with Covid yesterday. So this was the best news today that I could’ve gotten.

The lobby had a nice atmosphere and ample seating. I like my therapist Raji George. She had a calm demeanor and explained my situation in detail. She listened to what I had to say. I like the fact that that the majority of appointments will be done on a zoom call and she will see me in the office once in spring, summer, fall and winter. I look forward to her zoom call on December 17, 2025.

I love that I can pick to either go in for a face to face appointment like my son does, or for me I use telehealth, from the comforts of my own home I get to talk with my therapist. She is a life saver!! They are all very professional, supportive and available. I plan on staying with LifeStance for the rest of my life. Thank you so much for all your help!!
