Group Focus:
This group offers a safe, supportive space to better understand how trauma affects the brain and body, why certain symptoms linger, and how to build resilience without having to relive the past. You’re not alone. Join us to connect, learn, and take meaningful steps forward on your mental health journey.
Participants: Adults 18+ living in Michigan who have had traumatic experiences and struggle with working through their emotional responses to trauma; If you have been diagnosed with: C-PTSD; PTSD; Acute Stress Reaction, and feel all alone in your journey to recovery, this group may be helpful for you.
When: Virtual on Fridays from 4 to 6 p.m.
Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted in Michigan

I work with people across the life span to meet them where they are. I believe people are the experts on themselves, but just need help with navigating what is inside, so they can see their own self-worth and potential.
