My provider, Robin, could often run a bit late, but I know this was because she was overbooked and trying to be as attentive as possible to each client. She was always very thoughtful, friendly, and kind, and I very much enjoyed our time together. Although my depression was incredibly treatment resistant, I truly felt that she did all she could for me, and I was much better off for it. Because of her, I was able to succeed in and complete my bachelors program, despite all the turmoil of my internal condition and my external life. I’ll always be grateful for her efforts and her support. My only frustration was very minor, and it was that my provider didn’t seem to fully understand the effects of hormone replacement therapy in combination with psychiatric medication, but that’s understandable as it’s a very new science and not a part of her field! I would have liked a bit more knowledge on the topic, and I only mention it in this review in case it’s a high priority of future clients, but I don’t fault my provider for not being an expert on every single fringe subject out there. Above all, I appreciate my provider’s empathy, support, and flexibility throughout our years together. She always did her best to do right by me, and I’ll always be thankful for that.

Their staff is outgoing and always willing to work with you. Have gone here for many years and have never had a problem of finding an appointment that works with my schedule. A very professional practice, everything kept confidential and private. They have an excellent staff from top to bottom! 06/30/26 Continue to have excellent treatment at LifeStance! Dr. Lowenbraun has been exceptionally outstanding for me over the past years. Appointments available for me even when I'm traveling for family reasons, medicine refills and the dreaded filling out of forms (which never seem to stop for insurance), she and her staff are always on top of everything including fighting for you against insurance companies that seem to know better than her in what med to prescribe. Always in your corner! There is no where else I would rather go in the area, and I have been to a few!

It took a minute for us to find the right cocktail of medications to help me and I feel great now. My psychiatrist Elaine is wonderful, she’s patient and hears me out and makes sure to explain things that I otherwise wouldn’t understand. I really feel understood and heard here, so much, that I convinced my mom to finally see a psychiatrist through lifestance.

I was referred to Dan by a friend. He is great for med management-very knowledgeable, non-judgmental, thorough, kind. Medication decisions are made after recommendations, discussion/questions, so I always understand the “why.” I thoroughly trust Dan and would highly recommend him.

All good! I’m disabled and homebound so I use the telephone visits. This works out well for me. I arranged transportation to meet Doctor Noll In person to assure that I would feel comfortable with him as my doctor, but after that, The virtual visits are great!
