I am not Mr clean so I really can't leave a professional opinion on this facility, but I can leave just a regular man's opinion about how this place is and my experiences with it. Now just remember I am just a simple man lol. All kidding aside I'm not one to enjoy going to different hospitals and ect.... But this place is in Franklin Wisconsin and it's quite pleasant when you go in there because they have quiet music going which is relaxing, and there's the woman at the window which her name is Jasmine and anybody who knows me knows that I don't get along very well with people that's why I go see psychiatrist and counselors and I usually always have problems with the front desk people because it seems like they don't understand what I'm saying, but Jasmine is such a sweetheart and she helps me out by doing things like if my medications haven't gone through she is right on top of it and making sure that that issue is taken care of ASAP and I'm not just saying that to blow smoke. She really goes out of her way to make sure that my needs are met. And when it comes to booking I see a psychiatrist there and I see a therapist and when it comes to the booking I booked right through them after each session which makes it real easy and that's something that I really appreciate because I am one that does not like to sit on a phone on hold for 15-20 minutes to wait to talk to somebody just to be put on hold again. The place is clean it is relaxing and I make every appointment that is scheduled just because I absolutely do not mind going there because of the professionalism. So want to say thank you to Jasmine the front window/ receptionist which she soon will be with her first child, and Susan my psychiatrist I say thank you, and to Andrew my therapist I also say thank you and with all three together I thank you for the courtesy and the professionalism you guys give me. It's almost like going to visit a family. All right my biography for Life stances over, and you're welcome for all this reading material I gave you guys.

Initially, I was upset because I wanted to switch providers as I was at the Brookfield location and was told I was unable to switch because your policy is you need to switch before 3 visits. This is with a psychiatrist. So for a whole year, I stayed with the same psychiatrist. Or if I wanted to switch I was told I have to go outside of lifestance but lifestance monopolize all of south eastern wisconsin. So it felt physically impossible to switch. After a year, I tried to switch again and was finally able to switch! The wonderful person I talked to on the phone appologized and told me that was not their policy and you could switch one time. Well today was my first time meeting my new psychiatric np and she was amazing!! I wish I was able to switch to her along time ago! I highly recommend the Melissa J, NP!

Andrew Sievila is one of the best psychiatrists I have ever had. He truly cares for his patients in a way that you do not find often. He is silly, calm, and friendly making appointments more comfortable. He is a very good listener and never fails to let me know the pros/cons of new medications. I struggled a lot searching for a psychiatrist who would listen to me after losing my favorite psychiatrist a few years ago, and am very grateful to have found someone who truly cares about the care i receive. Love seeing his pup at our appointments as well!! Thank you Andrew for being the person you are for your patients. It is rare to find individuals within healthcare who still have the visible compassion/empathy you do.

I LOVE LifeStance!!! I’m 43 and still don’t know how everything works pertaining to insurance and authorizations, requesting Rx refills, etc etc. They walk me thru it with the patience of a saint ❤️ Not to mention, my provider, Melissa Jackson, is simply wonderful. Every session feels like catching up with a great friend (who helps me mentally lol). I literally switched HMOs (which they walked me thru) just so I could stay in network!!! Highly recommend

The provider was very knowledgeable and kind and I was a little nervous and she made me feel right at ease. It was very easy and organic situation to Be a part of it was very nice and the people on the phone We’re very nice as well. Had a little trouble figuring out the portal stuff at first, but I always do that. Can’t really be avoided. Thank you. Have a good day.

I thought Dr. Jackson rocked the house. I initially thought she was going to kick my case down the line but after only one questionnaire she felt comfortable giving me a diagnosis; which I already knew I had but it brought great peace to have it professionally confirmed. Nice office, nice people, would highly recommend.
