I've had a great experience so far with the therapist Abby Heuring for my depression and anxiety! She always listens and gives back her own input on the things I have to say. She is very smart and able to guide me into the right direction, I believe. She says I should give myself more credit for helping myself, but if it wasn't for her, there would be no clear path to follow on the things I need to do to help myself. It could of been bad for me if I wasn't able to express myself to someone to get things off my chest. And Westside Psychotherapy was there for me and still is. I can easily see myself doing more in my life now that I am getting help from someone that is so knowledgeable. Things are really looking hopeful. The people there seem to all be friendly and there to help. But take it with a grain of salt because I obviously haven't met everyone there. Going to talk to someone every week is great and helps my mental state greatly. I rarely have suicidal thoughts anymore and I get things done. It has been a huge success for me going to therapy. Thank you so much for helping people like me. I'm so glad I enjoy it because I wasn't sure about it when I promised someone I would try it. If anyone in charge over there at the Westside Psychotherapy is listening, consider giving Abby Heuring a raise because she is damn good at what she does. lol Cheers

I normally don’t do reviews of places, as you can tell from my post history, but I had an awesome experience with my therapist. I’m not adding his name specifically because I’m not sure if he’d want that. He was kind, listened, and pushed back at the moments I needed push back. I better understand myself thanks to his skill as a clinician. I made tremendous strides in understanding my negative self talk and recovering self esteem I lost from past traumas. I truly feel like I have grown into a happier and more self assured person thanks to the work I did with him. I cannot speak to every clinician at the practice, but I am grateful to have worked with mine!

I have only worked with Jennifer B., but I really cannot praise her enough for her work. I have have a handful of different therapists over the last 11 years, and Jennifer is by far my favorite for several reasons. She has a very flexible, comprehensive approach and is always kind, patient, respectful, and thoughtful. That being said, she is not afraid to challenge you (which I greatly appreciate). Jennifer has helped guide me in working through some very complex, painful issues, and my life has become much more peaceful since starting my sessions with her. Thank you, Jennifer. I look forward to continuing our therapy relationship.

I have been having a great time coming to see Rachel in the last few months - She creates a very familiar and welcoming atmosphere. This was my first time trying therapy and I was afraid it was going to be very intense as you see in movies. Every time I come see here - Its honestly just like sitting down with a friend and talking. It has been a great experience.
