MEET THE GUEST

Khannah Wetmore, MSSA, LISW-S

Khannah Wetmore is a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Ohio who has been practicing since 2019. They have a Master of Science in Social Administration (MSSA; MSW equivalent) from the Jack, Joseph, and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences via Case Western Reserve University. Khannah has expertise in end-of-life care, grief support and counseling, care of older adults, LGBTQ+ and gender-affirming care, and trauma-informed care. Khannah loves incorporating their clients’ lived experiences, personal passions, and current coping skills into their plan of care, as well as guiding them in finding new ways to cope with their stressors and mental health symptoms. Khannah has utilized trauma-informed CBT, narrative therapy, and therapeutic tabletop and video gaming with clients in the past, though Khannah is flexible and eclectic in their approach in order to best suit their clients’ individual needs. Outside of work, Khannah enjoys Tabletop gaming (specifically Dungeons & Dragons), video games, outdoor running, creative writing, and spending time with their cats.
