Alex Fleche, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), has gained extensive experience since 2010 in working with adolescents, adults, and families in individual, group, and family therapy settings. Alex has come to believe in the inherent value and worth of all individuals, and the incredible ability of all people to persevere and thrive in the face of great challenges.
Currently Alex specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for the treatment of anxiety disorders including anxiety, panic, phobias and OCD, as well as depression, bipolar disorder, and general life stress and transitions. Additionally, Alex helps his clients address a number of behavioral issues such as anger management, substance abuse and addictions, and various relationship challenges.
