Dr. Arun Paul has completed his Adult Psychiatry Residency from Jamaica Hospital and Child and Adolescent Fellowship from Elmhurst Hospital in New York. Dr. Paul has extensive experience in treating wide variety of mental health conditions including Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Psychosis, Trauma related disorders and many others. This psychiatrist just makes me laugh! every time I leave his office ,or I get off the phone with him on a telehealth call,he's just so serious it makes me laugh. But I test his smarts all the time,. He is a very intelligent man I do believe he knows what he's talking about,he can become very frustrating at times when he just sits there and looks at you, he's not very personable he keeps his personal life to himself which makes me believe sometimes he's not very happy person. he reminds me of Shelton on The Big bang theory, he's got some of his same mannerisms. But if I had to have anybody on my side because they didn't know what to do on my deathbed,I certainly would like to have him there he does give you things to think about!!He does make you think,I would just like to see him smile every once in awhile,but other than that he's a good guy.😁

From my first visit I was pleased. Dr. Paul was thorough and over all a great experience. I appreciated his advice and understanding. There was some miscommunication initially booking the apt. And getting to the right location, however they were all very kind and understanding of that. I feel confident that I will continue to see him for future apts.

I was very confused 😕 when I got there...no one was in the waiting area, including no receptionist. So, I was walking around the 3rd floor trying to figure out if I was in the wrong office. Despite, the name on the door. Dr. Paul was very kind, respectful, and professional. I loved how good it smelled in the office and cleanliness.

Dr Paul is excellent at what he does and very true to his profession. He is very dedicated to helping you reach your goals and consistently delivers top quality care. Dr Paul is patient , attentive, actively listens and understanding. If you need a quality doctor to help you out he is definitely the one to see.

Dr Arun Paul is a very good psychiatrist. He doesn’t just send refills and ask “how are you doing”—-he digs into patient, find out what they are doing to prevent going through depression. His status is bar none. He’s an asset to the Community Care program with VHA.

Mr. Paul was very thorough in our initial appointment. He assessed my notes from therapy and asked follow on questions to ensure I was getting the care I needed. I left feeling confident with my new prescription regiment. Highly recommend for therapy and medication management.
