Leah Serunjogi, Psychiatry Resident
Leah Serunjogi, Psychiatry Resident, helps individuals navigate life’s challenges by providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults across New Hampshire. She works closely with each patient to support their goals, offering both individual therapy and medication management to treat a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, and trauma. Leah creates a therapeutic environment that is respectful, empowering, and tailored to the unique needs of every age group she serves—from school-aged children to older adults. With a clinical approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, Leah supports patients dealing with ADHD, mood disorders, substance use, and psychosis. She is particularly experienced in helping clients cope with the emotional impact of chronic medical conditions, sleep disturbances, and major life transitions such as aging or postpartum changes. Leah’s treatment is structured yet warm, offering guidance and strategies that help patients regain control and improve quality of life. Leah is especially passionate about treating individuals experiencing post-partum depression and anxiety, recognizing the emotional and physical challenges that can accompany pregnancy and the early parenting years. Her work centers on validating these experiences, helping parents manage overwhelming emotions, and reconnecting with a sense of self and stability during this life-altering transition. Outside of her clinical work, Leah enjoys traveling, exploring interior design, photography, and singing—creative outlets that reflect her appreciation for beauty and expression. These interests also inform her therapeutic style, which values creativity, self-awareness, and meaningful personal growth.
