Mason Juenger, Intern,
About Mason Juenger (He/Him)
Mason Juenger helps adults across Ohio navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and emotional balance through individual therapy at LifeStance Health. He works with adults and seniors throughout the state of Ohio, offering a supportive, structured space for people seeking relief from anxiety, depression, mood instability, and concerns related to identity and life transitions. Mason’s approach is grounded, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s goals, helping patients feel understood while building practical skills they can use in daily life.
Mason has a strong focus on treating anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, conditions that can significantly impact relationships, work, and overall quality of life. He is especially passionate about helping individuals better understand their thought patterns, emotional responses, and behavioral habits so they can make meaningful, lasting changes. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions, Mason helps patients develop healthier coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and reconnect with what matters most to them.
He provides individual therapy for adults ages 18 and older and works with a diverse range of patients, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, as well as men and women navigating personal, relational, or emotional challenges. While Mason specializes in anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, he also supports individuals facing additional mental health concerns.
Mason earned his education through the University of Dayton and Capital University and has been practicing since 2026. Outside of his clinical work, he enjoys movies, video games, running, reading, and spending time on date nights with his partner. These interests help inform his warm, relatable approach and appreciation for balance both in and out of therapy.
