About Ella Wallis (She/Her)
Ella Wallis helps individuals and families navigate emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges with compassion and clinical intention. Serving patients across Ohio, she provides a supportive space where children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors can feel understood while working toward meaningful change. At LifeStance Health, Ella partners with clients to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD, tailoring care to each stage of life and emphasizing practical skills that can be applied beyond the therapy room.
A central focus of Ellaās work is supporting children and adolescents experiencing childhood behavior issues, ADHD, and school avoidance. She is especially passionate about helping young clients and their families understand patterns of behavior, strengthen emotional regulation, and build confidence at home and in school. By collaborating closely with caregivers, Ella helps create consistency and structure that supports healthy development and long-term success, while also addressing the stress these challenges can place on the family system.
Ella offers individual, family, and couples therapy and incorporates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies. She also works with diverse populations, including individuals involved in adoption or foster care and members of the LGBTQ+ community. In addition to her primary specialties, she supports a range of related mental health concerns, adjusting her approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
Outside of her clinical work, Ella enjoys reading, dancing, creating crafts, and spending quality time with friends and familyāinterests that help her stay grounded and connected.
