Dana Waknin, LPC is a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor (English and Hebrew) dedicated to supporting clients through life’s challenges with compassion and clinical expertise. She earned her undergraduate degree in Behavioral Science from the Tel Aviv-Yaffo Academic College in Israel and completed her graduate studies in Clinical Psychology at Capella University, with a focus on Clinical Counseling.

Dana has experience in both crisis inpatient settings and outpatient counseling and has worked extensively with individuals facing depression, anxiety, and major life transitions. She is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT).

Dana’s therapeutic approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and person-centered. She creates a safe, calming space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their experiences and create meaningful change.

Outside the therapy room, Dana enjoys spending time with her family, staying active through functional training, cooking, and listening to music.
