Mahnaz Wilson is great and gave me a lot of insight. However, the whole billing department and also certain supporting staff including receptionists like Sean were not always the most helpful/friendly and almost made me not want to continue with therapy at all. Nonetheless, the therapist themselves do a great job and I would definitely recommend Mahnaz. Edit: Returning I worked with Sonya Belcher, but was triggered in sessions and walked through a difficult time trying to recover from being triggered. I was provided little insight or tools to help me and I had to find another therapist. Doing a lot better. Sonya is okay for fixing habits and patterns, but not an ideal therapist when working through trauma.

Dani Larsen in the Frisco office is amazing! My husband and I have been her clients for the last three months. We clicked with her immediately. She listens and truly helps to provide techniques that will help up grow and resolve our issues. Dani is realistic that our issues are going to take time and is very patient when we have those weeks when we back slide a bit. She truly cares about our well being and that we succeed and improve our relationship. We have had a great experience with the front office as well. Always helpful when it comes to scheduling or cancelling an appointment. I highly recommend Apple Counseling!

Apple Counseling has helped me tremendously. I started having anxiety/depression at the end of last year and wanted to get help. I met with Trudi weekly and she helped get my anxiety under control. Her room was very calming and I loved going. She taught me coping mechanisms and asked questions that got me thinking, always trying to get to the root of why I was feeling the way I was. She is also very available over text and email, making scheduling easy. I now meet with her monthly because we both feel I am now able to manage my anxiety better. Big thumbs up for Apple Counseling!

I just recently moved to Texas, completely new experience. I had no clue who I would contact for my PTSD, anxiety/panic disorder. I saw LifeStance on line, and booked a Telemedicine appointment. I was absolutely pleased with my visit, and I felt very comfortable with MaryBeth. She took the stress off of where I would receive continuity of care with my medication, and gave me wonderful insight as to what therapies would work best for me! Thank you so much for treating me like a human being and your concern for my health.

April Dodson is amazing and has done wonders for our marriage. I appreciated that she had real life and professional experience that helped us relate and trust her. She gave us great tools and guided us through some tough issues impacting our marriage. I could have never imagined that my husband and I would have a much more closer relationship with so much more understanding of each other. She has been so helpful and taught us so much. 5 stars is not nearly enough!

I was looking for a Farsi speaking Therapist around the Plano area and I found Yas Farrokh. I highly recommend you go and see her at Apple Counseling (Frisco location). She's a great listener, very caring, very friendly, easy to talk to and very professional. Although I only had a few sessions with her since last month I do feel much better after each Therapy session. I wish I could give Mrs. Yas Farrokh more than 5 stars because she's just amazing!
