I recently moved from San Diego, CA to Prosper, TX and was needing to find a new psychiatrist. I saw 4 different psychiatrists before I met with Dr Lorraine Victorian-Burks at Lifestance in Frisco, TX. I was really nervous to have to find a new doctor after having the same psychiatrist for 7 years and I was starting to get very discouraged after meeting with multiple and not feeling a connection with any of the ones I had met with. Dr. Victorian-Burks is down to earth, she’s incredibly intelligent and very kind. She really listens when you are talking, and truly wants to help her patients in any way she can. I feel safe and comfortable to open up to her and I can honestly say that since working on a treatment for my mental health, I have never been happier than I am right now. Not just I have noticed a huge positive difference in myself. But everyone around me has noticed. And I owe a lot of it to finally finding a psychiatrist like Dr. Victorian Burks and trusting her with my treatment plan. Even after just one session with Yolanda, we feel so much more confident about how to support our son. She was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to talk to. Her evaluation and recommendations gave us a much clearer understanding of his needs and provided us with practical, actionable steps to help him both at home and at school. If I could give more than 5 stars, I totally would hands down best doctor ever.I saw Dr. Christopher and he was so real.So down to earth , so easy to talk to I would recommend them a hundred times over. . I see some of the negative reviews on here mainly about billing or whatnot I can't speak on that because I didn't have any problems with it.It was my co pay was it, but listen I cannot stress enough.How great they was at least Dr.Christopher he was amazing.

The whole process from beginning to my virtual call establishing care was so easy. The doctor did her evaluation she listened to me she let me interrupt her she let me express myself she listened very well. My next visit is in person I'm excited to meet the doctor there are all very conveniently close and located in perfect areas close by.
