What a unique and wonderful place, I finally accepted the need for mental health care and I was directed to LifeStace, upon entering I knew this is where I needed to be, I've met with a few therapists here and was able to choose one who best suited me and my mental health needs. I thank the universe everytime I visit with my therapist, it really has changed my life for the better.

Very nice place! Professional; empathetic, helpful, genuine. My daughter is getting the help she needs from Mrs Regina Mayers & Dr Teresa Hale. These two professionals care about their patients and they take the time to explain things. I have been to a few places and this is by far the best experience I had for mental health care. Even though they do not take my insurance, they were very polite, informing me with compassion at the time of BOOKING an appointment (check my other reviews to understand that) that they do not accept my insurance coverage. They did not waste my time, and were empathetic as well. Fantastic service, even if they couldn't serve me further.

Christina Shepherd & Dr. Hakim are a winning combo. Very pleased with my experiences with them both. Have felt like they are genuinely interested in the whole-patient experience. I see reviews mentioning their billing department but I have never had issues with them. I receive my bills promptly with my correct co-pay.

Dr. Hakim is a amazing doctor. I have been seeing him for years now & my insurance didn't take him but that didn't stop me. I wouldn't have & didn't find another doctor. He is so one on one with his patients the sweetest ever also. I definitely highly recommend Dr. Hakim to anyone & everyone.
