Adult ADHD Group in Texas

For adults with ADHD, group therapy can offer a consistent space to reinforce successful strategies, gain support and encouragement, and learn new coping techniques.

Group Overview:

This eight-week group for adults with ADHD follows a curriculum based in cognitive behavioral therapy. We will explore what it means to have an ADHD diagnosis, review treatment options, discuss coping strategies for time and task management, and address emotional barriers connected to ADHD.

Participants: Adults 18+ with an ADHD diagnosis, living in Texas, and completed a one-time assessment session with the facilitator.

When: Fridays from 12 to 1 p.m., starting June 6 and lasting 8 weeks. No session the week of July 4th.

Cost: Insurance and self-pay accepted in Texas. Discuss insurance benefits with your insurance provider and note group therapy code 90853.

Lacey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in treating ADHD, complex trauma, anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, “third culture kid” and Christian ministry issues, and foster care and adoption-related concerns.
