I am a licensed professional counselor, nationally registered and state licensed art therapist. I earned my undergraduate degree from Edgewood College and my master’s degree from Mount Mary University.

I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and thrive. As a counselor and art therapist, I blend clinical expertise with creativity, offering a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where growth and healing can truly begin.

My work centers around supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. Whether we’re practicing mindfulness, reframing unhelpful thought patterns, or building emotional regulation skills, sessions are always tailored to fit you. I integrate evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and experiential approaches to foster insight and personal change. I take a holistic approach, often weaving in stress management strategies, sleep hygiene, and relaxation techniques to support your overall well-being-mind, body, and spirit.

As an art therapist, I offer an expressive path to healing-especially when words aren’t quite enough. Through hands-on art-making and tactile exploration, clients can safely access their inner world, deepen self-understanding, and gain new perspective.

Therapy with me is collaborative, creative, and deeply human. Whether you’re working to reduce anxiety, build confidence, strengthen emotional skills, or reconnect with your sense of self, I’m here to support you with care and intention. If you’re feeling stuck, burned out, or simply out of sync, our work together can be a place to pause, reflect, and begin again-gently and authentically.
