I love my therapist. She’s amazing. So understanding and doesn’t rush me. Also she’s very kind and she’s like my homegirl frl… Scheduling is easy to do. They send you a text message to confirm your apt and all you have to do is put in your date of birth and what street you live on, and then you’re done. There’s a survey that pops up every time but you don’t actually have to fill it out every time. As long as it says “apt confirmed” or something like that then you’re good. So it is really easy. Also my therapist and I, schedule the next appointments right after the yap sesh. So at the end of the session, she’ll say “what days do you wanna do?” And etc etc. Like I said, she’s really understanding when I asked to have my apts. specifically every week, and she agreed. So it’s been going well so far. All you have to do is communicate really. A relationship with your therapist is still a relationship so all you have to do is just be honest and communicate.

I just had my initial video appointment. The therapist came on a few minutes early and Introduced herself warmly and inviting. She was so open and accepting. Mrs. Steinbrenner heard what I have to say asked me a lot of questions and let me lead. I am so scared of sharing myself with somebody else and she made it so I didn’t feel like it was A difficult task. Made two more appointments in the next two weeks I appreciate her highly.

Love, love my therapist, I can’t say it enough to her that I am glad I found her to be my therapist again. She is very personable and listen very well, and don’t get me started on the homework she gives me which honestly helps me in so many ways. I think Tonyetta Ross is the best thing to happen to your business. I am absolutely referring more people.

Mr. Chang is a great person and therapist! I turned my life around with the help of his advice and homework. I have a more positive outlook on life and I love how things are going. Mr. Chang really listens and makes you challenge yourself for the better. I’m so glad I have Mr. Chang as my therapist! He’s awesome!!!!!!!!!!
