Specializes In:
Jennifer Geisler is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin who has been practicing since 2021. She completed her MA in Counseling at Northwestern University and her BS in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. Jennifer has received training in various types of therapies, allowing her to personalize the therapy experience to best suit each client’s individual needs. Jennifer understands that every client is unique, and she excels at meeting them where they are, actively listening to their concerns, and working with them to draw upon their strengths to improve their healing process. Additionally, Jennifer has training in advanced techniques like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which is a proven method for assisting individuals in processing and recovering from trauma. Also, as a mother of a child with disabilities, Jennifer has been able to understand and connect with neurodiverse clients, and their families, understanding some of the life transitions that are unique to this group of people. In her spare time, Jennifer loves listening to music, going to concerts, hanging out with friends playing board games and role-playing games, thrift shopping, dancing, painting, watercolor, drawing, reading, taking her dog for walks, enjoying comedy shows, and going on adventures while traveling.
