Scheduling was super easy, and all the links and forms worked smoothly. I received clear reminders and instructions before my first appointment, and communication was great overall. My insurance covered the visit, and I just paid a small copay before logging on. The only hiccups were that my provider joined the Zoom session a few minutes late and I didn't receive a confirmation email for my follow-up appointment. Otherwise, everything was organized and straightforward — a really good overall experience!

This was our first appt with Ashley Westphal. She was initially not seeing new patients but accepted my son as New patient! I was so grateful for that!! She was very nice and listened to my concerns for my son. This clinic came highly recommended so I'm looking forward to future appts with her and seeing the growth/confidence in my son.

Office is very comfortable and has a much more relaxed aesthetic than many other facilities, staff seems genuinely caring and understanding. Highly recommended if you are looking for mental health care but don't want to feel like you are going to an "institution".

I needed med management but that seems to be the hardest thing to come by. Very hard to get hooked up with someone in a timely fashion. A therapist was much easier to come by and this guy seems pretty chill. I liked him.
