Hannah Slaske, MS, LPC,
About Hannah Slaske (She/Her)
Hannah Slaske, LPC, helps adults build practical skills for managing life’s challenges while creating space for healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. Through LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for patients throughout Wisconsin, partnering with clients to better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while working toward meaningful and lasting change. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique goals and circumstances. Hannah works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), while also supporting individuals facing grief, ADHD, and other emotional and behavioral concerns. She recognizes that seeking support can feel overwhelming, and Hannah strives to create a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable exploring difficult experiences. Together, she and her clients identify strengths, address barriers to wellness, and develop strategies that promote resilience and emotional balance. By combining evidence-based therapeutic techniques with genuine curiosity and understanding, she helps clients develop healthier coping skills, increase psychological flexibility, and move toward lives that feel more aligned with their values. Her clinical approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure Therapy, while drawing from additional evidence-based interventions when appropriate. Hannah believes therapy is most effective when it balances practical tools with a strong therapeutic relationship, allowing clients to feel supported as they work through challenges and build confidence in their ability to create change. Outside of her clinical practice, Hannah enjoys going for walks, playing board and card games with friends and family, spending time with her cat, Chico, engaging in arts and crafts, and making meaningful connections with loved ones.
