Ana Solano-Pacheco, MS, LPC,
About Ana Solano-Pacheco (She/Her)
Ana Solano-Pacheco, LPC, helps teens and adults throughout Wisconsin navigate life’s challenges with compassion, practical support, and evidence-based therapy. At LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for people seeking help with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns, creating a space where patients can build insight, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. Her approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique experiences, goals, and strengths. Ana utilizes evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These approaches can be effective in addressing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and trauma. She believes therapy should be both supportive and empowering, helping patients gain practical tools they can use beyond the therapy session. In addition to these specialties, she offers support for other mental health and emotional wellness concerns. As a bilingual therapist, Ana can provide services in Spanish, helping expand access to quality mental health care for diverse communities. She values creating an inclusive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and understood. Outside of her clinical work, Ana enjoys crafts, spending time with her family, and being around animals.
