See what our patients are saying about Tou Chang

I have two children ages 11 & 12. My youngest has ASD and currently is living with their dad. Over the past several months he began to really struggle with his emotions. I arranged for him to have several sessions with Chad while home on break, not really sure how he would do due to his social hesitation. Chad immediately opened him up and my son absolutely loved him! Every single day he’d ask when we’d get to see Chad again or if I was going through some difficult emotions myself he would tell me to call Chad. He made the entire experience so fun for our whole family and truly appreciate his hard work!

We are incredibly grateful for the support our preteen son has received from Chad to manage his ADHD and anxiety. What really sets Chad apart is his ability to connect in a way that feels safe and encouraging. Our son actually looks forward to his sessions, and we've seen his confidence grow as he learns to better understand and communicate his feelings. Thank you, Chad, for making a noticeable difference not just in our son's life, but in our family's overall sense of calm and support.

My first time seeing a therapist - I went in feeling hopeless about multiple issues. Almost immediately after a session or two, I saw things turn around. I especially appreciate how honest I'm able to be with Chang - I feel he's really present in the moment during our calls and the 'solutions' or next steps for whatever crisis arises naturally. I'm seeing real results in my life and I'd recommend him for folks that are anxious or stressed out in their day to day lives.

What makes Chad different is that he actually listens. Not waiting for his turn to talk, not running a script. Whether it’s relationship issues, childhood stuff, or things you’ve been quietly wondering about yourself for years, he meets you where you are. I’m walking out of sessions with a kind of confidence I genuinely didn’t think I’d ever have. Worth every star, I’d give 6 stars if it was allowed on this platform.

Extremely thankful for Mr. Chad who has been there for my son for the past few years. Therapy can be overwhelming to physically get him there at times, but once we leave he leaves refreshed. Mr. Chad has always given my son a safe space where he can vent about life. I know my son is grateful. He always tries to keep it light and has become a mentor for him. Appreciate his services, highly recommend!

We appreciate his professional yet warm candor, and the emotional safety that he creates. Chad is authentic, which is another quality that is important to us in this type of professional relationship.
