Molly Grosse is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wisconsin who has been practicing since 2009. Navigating today’s world is not easy. There are ever more stressors, traumas, and situations that can leave us feeling anxious or unequipped for our daily lives. It is Molly’s passion as a social worker to create connections with her clients, providing a safe, inclusive place for you to explore your inner thoughts and feelings. Together you and Molly will discover and develop the tools necessary to effectively cope with the challenges you face. In her experience as a social worker, Molly has enjoyed working with a diverse group of people ranging from 3 to 80 years old. She began her career working with young adult offenders and people navigating the foster care system. Through her later work in an outpatient mental health clinic, Molly counseled people through alcohol and drug addiction, woman-centered counseling, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, child therapy and helped her clients develop methods to work through various mental health concerns. Through her work at a University, Molly helped students strengthen their mental health while coping with stresses in their academic field. Whether it be navigating depression, anxiety, past traumas, or managing everyday challenges, Molly is passionate about empowering you with the tools you need to regain a feeling of control over your life. As a solution-focused therapist, she is determined to help you seek a state of internal understanding. Molly likes to bring mindfulness to individual sessions to provide a more holistic experience. Her trauma-informed approach helps provide a safe, inclusive environment, allowing you to explore your inner self. Through this work, you and Molly will develop the tools necessary to produce outward change and help you effectively face your life with clarity and confidence. Molly looks forward to helping you on your journey to self-reflection and empowerment. Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending time with family, exploring the outdoors, and reading.
