Elise Seymour provides a holistic approach to therapy treating an array of mental health disorders. Her areas of specialty include individual therapy for anxiety disorders, mood disorders, stress-related disorders, substance abuse, trauma, and health-behavior/lifestyle changes as well as couples counseling. She sees clients ages 22 and up. Elise utilizes a variety of modalities depending on clients’ needs, including cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), stress-management/relaxation techniques, mindfulness-based interventions, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). She believes in meeting clients where they are at in their lives and helping them achieve their goals in their lives.
