I see two providers through LifeStance. One is relatively local, and one is more than an hour away from me... but it doesn't matter because all the appointments are on Zoom. I just have to be in Massachusetts during the call, but I could be anywhere in Massachusetts. Super convenient! And therefore I'm more likely to keep my appointments. It is easy to pay for the copays via their online portal or setting up autopay (set up autopay via phone call). It is easy to send a message to your provider using the portal and getting an appointment quickly if you need one is a piece of cake. I'm glad I chose LifeStance to help me when I needed it. My providers have been instrumental in making it possible for me to get through some very tough times. Since life is always full of ups and downs, I'll continue my care so I know they'll be there for me. I'd recommend LifeStance to anyone!

Chelsea Sylvester is honestly the best therapist. She makes me feel so seen, valid, heard, and understood and there’s nothing better! I’ve had four other therapists in the past, some I just didn’t click with, one didn’t help me at all even when I said what I wanted out of therapy, and one ghosted me. However I finally hit the jackpot because Chelsea is amazing; she’s compassionate, kind, and has a very friendly and positive attitude. I always enjoy meeting with her and feel so great after our appointment as well. She makes me feel beyond comfortable and respected. Highly recommend Chelsea as a therapist if you’re seeking a wonderful one :)

Cheryl and Linda are absolutely amazing. Linda has been so great and helpful with everything, she knows her stuff and is a genuine good person. I'm so glad I connected with this office. I came back to edit this. Ashley walked me through a panic attack for 30 minutes and she is literally a receptionist. She was amazing I appreciated her so much. I was trying to reach my therapist and she spent 30 minutes walking me through it, saying she also has them and had amazing tools she used to calm me down. Girl deserves a raise.

As an older client with some mobility issues, I’m grateful for Lifestance’s zoom option for appointments. The entire organization seems well run, despite a registration process that could have been shorter and less cumbersome. I’m particularly happy with my counselor, Meredith Prescott, who has been a life changer.
