Adult DBT Group in Massachusetts
This group will help you with a variety of mental health issues using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Group Focus:
This group provides skills, techniques, and interventions for adults struggling with a wide range of mental health concerns using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Participants: 18+, and for those needing support for anxiety, depression, mood instability, stress, and relational issues.
Cost: Insurance and self-pay accepted in Massachusetts.
Facilitator:
Dr. Byron has been working for Lifestance since 2017. She balances her time between the integrated care setting for the Milford Regional Physicians Group and the outpatient setting in the Needham and Quincy offices where she is also the site director.
Getting Started

Wednesdays from 5 to 6 p.m. Starting in October 2024 (Call for exact start date)

Initial Assessment May Be Required
An initial assessment with the group therapy leader may be required to determine if the group is a good fit for the participant.
