Group Overview:
This is an 8-week virtual support group for Black men seeking a safe, culturally grounded space to explore mental health, identity, and life stressors.
Led by Jai Madden, LCSW, the group blends clinical expertise and lived experience to foster real, relevant, and deeply healing conversations.
Participants will engage in open discussion, grounding practices, and skill-building to manage anxiety, stress, trauma, and depression, while connecting with a community that truly understands them.
By the end of the program, we aim for members to have strengthened coping strategies, improved emotional regulation, and renewed their sense of support and empowerment.
