I am a passionate practitioner-scholar in the field of clinical psychology with a true desire to help individuals see and experience life differently through the therapeutic process to resolve current problems and long-standing patterns.

I like to utilize Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other evidence-based treatments to adult and adolescent clients with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and adjustment problems, such as anxiety, stress, depression, PTSD, pain management and addictions.
