I have an established history of experience assisting adults who are working through life adjustment and transition issues. These struggles can manifest in symptoms of anxiety, depression, sleep disturbance, isolation and fear. I believe in establishing a safe and supportive therapeutic setting where clients can build upon their strengths and resilience to enhance self-esteem, develop coping skills and create healthy support systems – tools that allow us to heal and move through challenging periods in life.
