Lisa Soicher is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who understands that the process of finding the right therapist can be daunting. Lisa creates a warm, open and non-judgmental environment for all of her clients to feel heard and validated during the process of discovering their authentic selves. In a world that is constantly moving and distracted, Lisa provides a calming space where her clients receive the direct care and attention they deserve to help reach their goals. Lisa treats clients between the ages of 18-60, specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, Alcohol and Drug Use, and Women’s Issues. Lisa incorporates different approaches to meet each client’s unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness. Lisa also utilizes several different skills and interventions to promote ongoing healing and self-growth in and outside of sessions, such as setting boundaries, journaling, art therapy, meditation, gratitude and grounding. Lisa has a Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Pace University. Lisa also received her Bachelors of Arts in Applied Psychology and Human Relations from Pace University. In her free time, Lisa enjoys spending her time outside in nature with her dogs, friends, and family.
