Lisa brings 22 years of experience treating mental health and substance use disorders. She has managed all levels of care from inpatient to outpatient; working with adolescents through the geriatric population. Lisa’s various roles include behavioral healthcare operations, program development, planning and evaluation, medically assisted treatment, clinical care, and utilization management, employee engagement and supervision.Lisa graduated with her Masters degree in clinical addictions counseling and obtained her LPC and LCADC shortly thereafter. She is expertly trained in Bowen Family Systems theory and utilizes its components in clinical practice helping clients identify and challenge unproductive relationship patterns. In conjunction with CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, Lisa works to identify interventions unique to each individual, couple, and family. Lisa’s style is focused, direct and goal-oriented.
