I have been seeing Amanda Hinchman for grief management. It was a very difficult time for me as I was all alone in the country. I was missing my mother very badly and was in guilt all the time. She helped me not only to deal with grief but also threw ideas to remember and cherish my mom’s memories. Sessions were scheduled in a compact manner so that the impact stays and we were able to track the progress. She also gave me homework after 3rd session which helped me to understand my stage and drill down the exact position and action it’s further. Closed the year’s sessions with the New Year’s resolutions and hoping to look forward. Thanks much for the help to sail through the bad situation.
