Meegan helps clients overcome a wide variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, and trauma. She specializes in helping those struggling with addiction and all facets of life that are influenced by addiction, such as work and relationship issues, stigmatization, shame and self-doubt. She uses many treatment techniques and modalities like Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, CBT, DBT, person-centered, harm reduction, and mindfulness. She also is a Certified Daring Way Facilitator (via Brene` Brown).

Meegan has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Counseling and more than 11 years working in community mental health and addiction agencies.
