Casey helps patients in California navigate challenges with mental health by providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s needs. She supports adults of all ages—from young adults to those navigating midlife and later life transitions—through thoughtful medication management and a collaborative approach that empowers patients in their journey toward wellness. Casey is dedicated to creating a supportive space where individuals feel heard, respected, and understood, with treatment that integrates both clinical expertise and personal goals.

She has extensive experience in treating conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and bipolar disorder, and she also provides care for those managing trauma, sleep disorders, and postpartum mental health concerns. These areas are her deepest passion, and she approaches them with empathy and structured care, helping patients build stability and move forward with confidence.

Her practice includes working with diverse populations, including individuals with autism spectrum disorders, those with developmental disabilities, first responders, military service members, veterans, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Casey incorporates evidence-based interventions such as mindfulness practices and Christian counseling for those who seek faith-based support. She believes that treatment should be individualized, flexible, and centered around the whole person, addressing both immediate concerns and long-term goals.

Outside of her work at LifeStance Health, Casey enjoys playing video games with friends and family and serving on the worship team at her home church. She values balance in life and brings that same philosophy to the care she provides, encouraging patients to cultivate joy and resilience in their own lives.

Casey, was very helpful with me, she was so patient with me, she is a very good listener. She walk with me through all my problems and she prescribed Lexapro for me and that was a game changer for me, I was really down and depressed I have seen the world as if I was in black and white movie, now I see colors. My mood changed, I have good energy now so I can go to work and do my daily routine, maybe u surprised about that, but if someone suffering from depression he can't even get up from bed, he loses his appetite and loses interest in everything even life. Seriously depression is a very very bad disease its worse than cancer Seriously. But Dr Casey walked with me. She comforted me listened to me and now I feel great again, I feel like I want to do a lot of things in work, go out with family and play with my girls 😃😃. I'm so grateful to Dr Casey she did a great job and I think even "THANK YOU" is not enough. I wish her the best of luck and success, joy and prosperity in her life. And thanks to the "LIFE STANCE" clinic. It is an amazing clinic and amazing team work. I definitely i would recommend to anyone suffering from depression! 😃😃🙏🏼🙏🏼❤️❤️
