I had an issue with billing at Lifestance. I was charged for a missed appointment that wasn't actually missed. I also paid a copay for a video visit where the doctor never showed up. I had been calling lifestance for 4 months to get this resolved and I would always speak to someone different and not one of the phone reps helped me. I call for what feels like the millionth time and I get Karina on the phone and I start yelling at her. 4 months of frustration and anxiety to get this resolved, and I took it out on Karina. Karina was the most empathetic, caring, passionate and understanding person i had the privilege to speak to. She took my anger and fear and met me with compassion and warmth. She talked me down, and she built me up. I got on that phone in 1 terrible mood and I hung up feeling at peace and happy. Fast forward to today, Karina not only resolved all my issue where no one else would, she called me to let me know it was taken care of. I was looking around for other doctors, but not after today. Karina healed the anguish i was experiencing for months over these charges I didn't owe, and I will now be loyal to this company as long as she is there. Karina will be the reason lifestance keeps any business. I know I can't be the first person she has saved. Karina, thank you. You deserve everything you have ever wanted. You are a muse and a light.

Casey Cortes was Absolutely wonderful.. She instantly made me feel comfortable and made me feel like i had someone that wanted to help me.. A Huge factor was that i didnt feel rushed..I didnt have to try to get everything out that i needed to discuss in 15 minutes.. She made our next appointment within 2 weeks..And when we finished this appointment, i felt good and relieved and a sense of Happy..

Dr. Miltenburg has been amazing! She has helped me deal and handle issues in my life and with my anxiety. It has made a huge difference in my daily life. I feel heard and I feel better about myself. I’m so impressed with her guidance, thoughts and insight. She’s been able to help me understand more about myself and how to cope with certain situations. She has provided so many tools to help.

I really enjoy LifeStance and especially Casey Cortes. I have never felt more comfortable and cared for. Everything is always explained very well and she takes the time to answer all of my questions. The billing is also very easy to manage. I would highly recommend Casey Cortes and LifeStance to anyone looking for psychiatric services.

I love how Casey is warm and understood the importance of trust from the get! She allows me to use my own sound decisions without making me feel uncomfortable about medications. I'm grateful that such services exist. As long as my mental health is intact, then I'm at peace 😊
