Mindful Self-Compassion Program in California
This group will help you embrace self-compassion, practice self-love and kindness, find your compassionate voice, explore challenging relationships, discover gratitude, and more.
Group Focus:
We are proud to continue the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy program for adults who currently see a LifeStance Health provider. This 10-week group will help you embrace self-compassion, practice self-love and kindness, find your compassionate voice, explore challenging relationships, discover gratitude, and more.
Participants: Adults 18-75 of all genders who currently see a LifeStance Health provider, are welcome
When: Virtual sessions on Thursdays from 6 to 7:30 p.m., starting January 8, 2026
Cost: Insurance and self-pay accepted in California

Facilitator:
Rachael Polokoff is well versed in treating chronic pain and health issues. Rachael works in individual and group treatment modalities, is certified in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Mindfulness-Based Self-Compassion (MSC) and is versed in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
