“Embrace Mindfulness Group”
This group will help you manage depression and anxiety.
Group Focus:
This group will offer grounding techniques, guidance, and community to go inward during this time of reflection and thrive in your inner sense of self-worth. This group is for adults (21+) of any gender who have depression or anxiety and would like to learn new tools for relapse prevention and symptom management.
Participants: Adults 21+ of all genders with depression and anxiety
Cost: Insurance and self-pay accepted in California
Facilitator:
Rachael Polokoff is well versed in treating chronic pain and health issues. Rachael works in individual and group treatment modalities, is certified in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Mindfulness-Based Self-Compassion (MSC) and is versed in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Getting Started
When:
Virtual sessions on Tuesdays from 6 to 7:30 p.m. for 10 weeks starting September 10, 2024

Specific directions on accessing the sessions will be provided after your registration is completed. Registration is available to adults between the ages of 18-65 in California.
