Gail Burmeister, PMHNP-BC,
About Gail Burmeister (She/Her)
Gail Burmeister, PMHNP-BC, helps individuals across the lifespan in California achieve better mental health through thoughtful medication management. As a provider at LifeStance Health, she takes a whole-person approach to care, recognizing the connection between emotional well-being, physical health, family dynamics, and life transitions. Gail works closely with patients and families to develop individualized treatment plans that support long-term health, resilience, and improved quality of life. Whether supporting a child with behavioral concerns, a parent adjusting to pregnancy or postpartum changes, or an older adult facing emotional and cognitive changes later in life, Gail provides compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to everyone’s circumstances. Her clinical expertise includes the treatment of ADHD, anxiety, and depression, while also addressing additional mental health concerns such as bipolar disorder, trauma-related conditions, sleep difficulties, and grief. Her integrated background in nursing, mental health, and family systems allows her to address both psychiatric symptoms and the broader factors influencing overall well-being. Outside of her professional role, Gail enjoys reading, learning, and spending time with her family.
