Nnenna Iheaka helps adults in California find stability, relief, and renewed hope through compassionate and evidence-based psychiatric care. She partners with patients ages 18 through 64 to manage mental health conditions and support long-term wellness. At LifeStance Health, she provides medication management alongside therapeutic interventions designed to address the complex needs of adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and trauma-related concerns.

Nnenna has a particular passion for working with individuals who have recently been discharged from psychiatric hospitals. She understands the vulnerabilities and uncertainties that often arise during this critical transition period.
