Christina provides psychiatric medication management for adults throughout California. She takes a whole-person approach, looking beyond symptoms to understand each patient’s medical history, sleep, nutrition, lifestyle, relationships, stressors, and overall well-being. She believes mental health treatment should help people not only feel better, but also find more joy, purpose, balance, and contentment in their lives.

Christina is thoughtful and conservative with medications, taking time to understand each patient and carefully consider what treatment is appropriate. She believes medication should have a clear purpose and that patients should feel informed and involved in their care.

Her style is warm, kind, collaborative, and honest. During medication management visits, she incorporates supportive therapy, CBT-informed strategies, mindfulness, education, and practical coping skills. She meets patients where they are while encouraging meaningful, sustainable progress.

Christina welcomes adults from all backgrounds and strives to create a judgment-free, inclusive environment where patients can feel comfortable being themselves. She has a particular interest in anxiety, depression, OCD, panic, trauma, grief, life transitions, and supporting adults following psychiatric hospitalization. She also welcomes first responders and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Outside of work, Christina finds her own balance near the ocean and in nature. She loves traveling, staying active, animals, sunshine, live music, and spending time with family and friends.
