Anna had been amazing and truly cares about recovery more than trying to medicate. We have been working together for 6 months and have found a treatment plan that works! I have been recovering from PTSD and a chronically scattered brain and finally feel like a functional human being (also with the help of therapy). I’ve worked with several psychiatrists over the years and the biggest praise I can give about Anna is that she doesn’t just try to medicate and then give medications to counter the other medications. We have slowly been trying different meds to see what worked for me while trying to keep the amount I’m taking minimal. This is the first time I have ever been in a place where I have been able to be on meds and feel like myself which is why I’ve spent years avoiding psychiatry after previous experiences. I highly recommend for anyone wanting to find a plan that works for them and is concerned about being over medicated or not being heard. This is a provider who genuinely cares.

I’ve been working with Anna for a while now, and I can honestly say she’s made a real difference in my day-to-day life. She listens without judgment, pays attention to the details I actually bring into the room, and helps me sort things out in ways that make sense for how my brain works — not some generic template. She’s steady, practical, and easy to talk to, and she never makes me feel rushed or dismissed. Even on the days when everything feels scrambled or heavy, she knows how to guide the conversation so I leave feeling clearer and more capable than when I walked in. I really appreciate the work she’s done with me, and I’d recommend her to anyone who needs support that’s both grounded and genuinely helpful.

I have been with Life Stance for about 2 years now and they have helped me with so much from my provider to the billing department. I don’t know what I would do without them. It came to a point where I thought I was going to lose them because of my insurance but they said they was going to find a way to work with me so I can stay with my same provider. I’m so glad I got Anna as my psychiatric nurse practitioner… who gave me such hope with my anxiety. She’s kind and understanding and she truly helped me through my problems. She is amazing. I didn’t know what I was going to do about my situation but she did and she gave me the best advice and support I never thought I’d get. Thank you so much to Anna!!
